Embedded Processing

Several Transport-Triggered Architecture (TTA) processor cores have been developed for high-performance and embedded computing tasks. An assembler has also been developed which reads a processor description file before assembling the code, allowing one assembler to be used for all of the developed TTA processor cores.

One such processor is TTA16, a small-footprint, high-speed, 16-bit, TTA processor logic core. This was developed for OpenVGA to process pixel data and manage the adapter's state. More information can be found here.
